• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by payment failures or incorrect billing details provided by the customer.
• Invoices will be issued electronically to the email address provided at the time of order.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on location, availability, and logistics.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring site access and readiness at the time of delivery or installation.
• Any damage identified after delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
• BuildX is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or materially different from what was ordered.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@buildx.co.in.
• Customised or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
• Cancellations must be requested in writing before the order enters production. Orders in production or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
